Understanding Workspaces

Workspaces are containers that help you organize your items. They're perfect for separating items by client, project, or team.

When to Use Workspaces

Consider creating separate workspaces for:

  • Different clients (for agencies and freelancers)
  • Different products or projects
  • Different teams or departments
  • Personal vs. business items

Creating a Workspace

  1. Click the workspace switcher in the sidebar
  2. Click "Create new workspace"
  3. Enter a name and optional description
  4. Choose an icon and color
  5. Click "Create workspace"

Workspace Limits

The number of workspaces you can create depends on your plan:

  • Starter: 1 workspace
  • Pro: 3 workspaces
  • Team: 10 workspaces
  • Agency: Unlimited workspaces
